It varies depending on make/model but as a rough guide 5-10
minutes should be enough time to properly flush your motors.
There's no harm in flushing them for longer so if you're unsure you can always keep it going for another five minutes. But once it's done it's a waste of time and water, so you want to try and work out the perfect length of time for your motor in the long run.
